Utsa is extremely racist against white students, the professors force white students into extracurricular activities, forces white students to tutor the nigs and spics, theyll fail students just yo force them to repeat the class(pay for another semester to be the professors runner). Usually the professors allow the apes to leave class for snack machines or bathrooms or to go smoke weed in a parking lot, but wont allow white students to do that outside of breaks.
