Btw as with any court order, it gets served then you have a hearing to see if it should be overturned. Just give them everything except a rifle and handgun, maybe even have a few guns hidden well enough or buried in the backyard. Then go to your hearing and try to get them back. Basically, if your family (or whoever had the red flag thing put on you) doesn't know you have the guns, and the police don't find them in the extent of their search, they "don't exist" at this point in time. You get to keep them, same that's been happening for domestic violence law gun seizures (they've been highly ineffective). Ghost guns and unrecorded private sales will help you if there's ever a nationwide gun confiscation though, however likely that is.
