I'm a liberal, ask me anything

I'm a liberal, ask me anything.
Last time I did this, it went pretty well, so I figured I'd do it again.
Don't expect responses to troll questions.

Why California is the only place in the world which burns down to the ground every year? Bonus question: what even manages to catch fire there after wildfires every year?

What's your opinion on human rights? Do you believe they can be freely thrown away if they become inconvenient to a liberal agenda.

What are the two most contradictory positions you hold?

Climate change and a lot of wind.
They shouldn't.
Gun control. I don't think they should be restricted too much.
Pretty sure I had another one but it's not coming to me right now. I'll reply if it does.

Why do you wanna turn the US into Venezuela with your commie bullshit?

if California is what liberals dream of, then why are people fleeing due to high taxes and the beaners they brought with them? check pic related and tell me what's your thoughts

Attached: 1542096763587.png (400x201, 125K)

Sorry I meant give me two positions you hold that contradict one another. Like a basic bitch example would be being for abortions, and against the death penalty. And how do you justify them?

Should whites become a minority in the US and Europe?

Have you been taking care of my kid with your wife?

it's the sad fact that most liberal retards think they're doing good and reject any argument that goes against their hypocrisy and stupidity
same for magatards
they would never know how harmful their policies are because it's not "real socialism"

I don't think I have any of those.
I'm not a communist.

OP, have you ever been to a "free" public health center and received "free" healthcare?

Attached: public health.jpg (535x400, 20K)

What is your opinion of this board?

Has nothing to do with climate change. Has everything to do with Australia shitposting again.

Attached: 100-Year Shitpost.png (1657x2119, 2.95M)

No. I've always had to pay for my healthcare.
Sort of hiveminded.

Government should not interfere with personal lives

Government should ban all drugs/alchohol, furries, degeneracy in general

Outline what the term "liberal" means to you. Are you referencing the definition of liberal in which power is equally distributed among the electorate? Or the pop culture liberal in which power is grossly accumulated at the top while those downstream applaud, give their power away, and drink starbucks?

What medications are you currently on?

And what happens when they do remove human rights? Do they stop being liberal? Do they stop being your definition of liberal? What if they want to take away property rights? Or the right to speech? Are they still liberal or are they something else?

>No. I've always had to pay for my healthcare.
Why didn't you go to state and city funded "free" healthcare places and get healthcare for "free"? They literally have free healthcare in every state

Attached: health bitches.jpg (1280x960, 406K)

How do you feel about Ben Shapiro's bitch titties?

Attached: 1542070316629.png (600x646, 357K)

To me it just means that I hold left-wing positions. I believe in evolution and climate change, I support reproductive rights and marriage rights, and want accessible healthcare.
What do you mean by "they"?

>OP pretends to be a brave and independent thinker confronting nasty Jow Forums with his superior logic and wit
>actually just posts 2-word answers to every question so nobody can hold a real argument and won't outline any of his actual positions
Bad thread. OP's a coward.

If you want me to elaborate on something, you can just ask me.

>evolution
not a liberal position
the rest maybe, but the silent majority of conservatives believe in evolution

So this is the power of conservatives.

>and want accessible healthcare.
It is accessible. I am just googling public health centers. They are in every state and you don't have to pay.

Attached: Ketchikan PHC.jpg (1024x696, 115K)

Fuck off, faggot.

Are you white? If yes why do you hate yourself?

Why do you think you are entitled to everyone else's stuff?

They as in liberals in general. For sake of the argument include both authoritarian and libertarian leaning liberals.

It has nothing to do with climate change and wind patterns. Its due to invasive species of trees and brush mostly from Australia. Some literally explode when they catch fire quick enough. And the worst part is after controlled burns of areas infested with invasive plants, the ones that replace them are even more flammable invasive plants. California is screwed my dude.

If something happens to me, an ambulance isn't going to take me to one of these, it's going to take me to a hospital.
I'm Dutch

If someone starts violating human rights, I no longer support them.

>it's going to take me to a hospital.
You don't have to pay for Emergency Room visits, they have insurance that covers any loss. Then you can get "free" follow up healthcare. Remind your liberal friends we have "free" healthcare already. lets spread the message.

>Gun control. I don't think they should be restricted too much.
Define: "too much". What's the line in the sand for you on gun control?

>No. I've always had to pay for my healthcare.
Ohhhh boy. This one is a pet peeve of mine.
I challenge you to watch this ancient Crowder video, because he brings a hidden camera along through the Quebec medical system and I want to see your reaction.

youtube.com/watch?v=q2jijuj1ysw

Do you believe in race realism? Do you think intelligence is heritable? Why has africa an average iq of 60-70? Why are american niggers as violent as african niggers but other ethnicities aren't (asian)?

Good places to start. So evolution and climate change really are questions that fall into the "defer to experts" pool. And I'm no expert in either of those fields so I'll pass on those. Though I would say that few on the right challenge climate change itself, more that whether or not the change is resultant from human behavior or natural causes.

When you say reproductive rights and marriage rights I'm assuming you mean you're pro-choice and pro-gay marriage. I'm not going to argue too much with either, though in an ethnically homogeneous country (or close to it) I'd be less inclined to support the former. The latter should be a decision made by individual churches while the state awards benefits only to those who produce biological offspring.

Healthcare is so complex no one should bother having an opinion on it. At this point fixing it involves dismantling and reorganizing the collegiate research model and most of higher education in general. Long story short, we need more country doctors who went to school for 2 years. Right now its only the uber high-tech, super educated who are allowed to administer healthcare and this forces costs out of the range of the common person.

Are they still considered liberal in your opinion?

>five plus seven equals fourteen
It equals thirty if you get the aftermarket mags.

Making the application process to lengthy or having too many requirements.
>When you say reproductive rights and marriage rights I'm assuming you mean you're pro-choice and pro-gay marriage.
Correct
>Healthcare is so complex no one should bother having an opinion on it. At this point fixing it involves dismantling and reorganizing the collegiate research model and most of higher education in general.
It's not too late to start figuring out a solution and working out how universal healthcare would be implemented in America.
They might call themselves liberal, sure. Liberal means different things to different people. But in my opinion, no, they're not.

>If someone starts violating human rights, I no longer support them.
Do you consider migration a human right?

This thread is gay and reddit tier, in all fields.

(((White))) left

I'm referring to the human rights as defined by the United Nations

If that's the case, how would you define liberal. Please be elaborate, but it's fine if you desire to be curt with your answers.

>the only place in the world which burns down to the ground every year
If only you knew how bad things really are.
Here's a question, should the father have any say about the fate of his baby? Or do reproductive rights only apply to women?

>evolution
Evolution is not a "left wing position". Left vs Right is economics. Where's the money in evolution?

>climate change
Believing in climate change isn't left vs right, either. The way we DEAL WITH IT is a left vs right thing, and the option isn't "left or do literally nothing".

>accessible healthcare
What do you think is "accessible"? How many hours do you need to wait before it's no longer accessible? Because that's what the Supreme Court of Canada ruled was a VIOLATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS because it took so fucking long and they didn't allow private medicare. Now there's more and more private clinics and the quality of health care has only been improving.

>marriage rights
Not even an issue anymore. SCOTUS ruled on it.

>to lengthy
The minimum legal wait in Canada is 28 days from the day they receive your application. In practice, it's closer to 45 or more. This is AFTER you have to schedule and pass two safety courses, signing away your right to privacy (you have to tell them if you've broken up with any significant other, lost a job and a bunch of other shit within the last few years), you get your name run through a criminal background check LITERALLY EVERY DAY.
I could go on for a looooooong time on this subject, so if you're interested I'll tell you how our "fantastic" gun control works.

It's called outreach and you suck at it.

I don't really have a strict definition for what a liberal is. I consider myself a liberal because I agree with a lot of ideas that are generally considered left-leaning/liberal. If someone generally agrees with the same political ideas as me, therefore, I consider them a liberal.
They apply to the woman

>2018
>still believing 19th century idiocy
>calls it science
>smears conservatives.

An NPCs dream

Do you understand the difference between Zionist neocons and contemporary white nationalists?

Have you ever read about classical liberalism?

I'm a moderate Republican from California. Was much more sympathetic to liberal ideals pre Trump. I have a few questions:

1. How do you feel about the main narrative of the Democratic Party being the perpetual victimization of people instead of personal responsibility? Wouldn't it be healthier for the entire country to actually treat everyone the same instead of coddling certain groups? For instance it seems the welfare state does nothing but hurt the black community, and forcing pronouns and other literal non issues make a tiny fragment of the society seem like a big problem. I've worked with tranny's before without ever thinking about it, my view is I don't care, you do you, but don't force anything on me.

2. Do you actually think the country is worse off with Trump? I think the worse thing about his presidency is the divide. Most of his policy seems harmless, with the travel ban and farming out parks being the worst I could think of off the top of my head.

3. What do you think about the metoo movement? I was always conservative, but that was a big red pill moment for me. Throwing out due process for the will of the court of public opinion seems dangerous. The worst being Kavanaugh, that case was so flimsy it would have never made it to court, but mere allegation almost torpedoed it. Especially disconcerting given his position on Roe V Wade is that it's settled law. The common argument I hear is it's all fair in love and war for that issue, but seems over the top given I doubt he'd ever vote to overturn. How can you trust a party that ran such an obvious smear campaign? And bonus points, if you're a man, how do you feel about it personally?

4. What are your biggest political concerns and why?

5. What do you think would be a good way to stop mass shootings while still respecting the 2nd amendment?

6. How do you feel about political correctness and the first amendment? Do you believe it should be censored?

Attached: 02f.jpg (655x527, 49K)

Not much, no.

>be leftwing retard
>make a retarded thread because like all beta male pussies you get told what to think by the leftwing media and education system and don’t have the intelligence to question it
>claim it went well
Why are the left so retarded? Why can’t any of you cucks name a nigger country you’d want to live in yet make excuses for niggers

Universal healthcare in America is a canary in the coal mine though. It illustrates that our institutions of higher learning are no longer innovating. The reason healthcare costs are so much higher in America is because we pay for the R&D costs of new health tech. So unless you either like the idea of stagnating tech gains, or offshoring those advantages to a global competitor (likely China) then you're sort of stuck. Again, I'm with you on healthcare being a concern for the state, but the lower/middle portions of that market need serious deregulation if they're going to see affordable and accessible service.

>sort of hive minded
T. Liberal npc who repeats all liberal npc bullshit

whew OP good luck with that

I'd wager you'd find less cognitive dissonance on policy and ethics. These days, it's typically just thrown in with literally half the political spectrum as "libertarian".

What I don't get is why don't Democrats do things like... try to purchase the rights to medications and allow free use of them. It'd be consistent with their modus operandi and would actually help people access medicine instead of handing pharmaceuticals the country's balls on a platter.

>How do you feel about the main narrative of the Democratic Party being the perpetual victimization of people instead of personal responsibility?
This is actually just a pretty vocal minority of liberals. It's one of the reasons I started being a liberal (I used to be conservative up until about early 2017). The right sort of portrays democrats as this crazy, SJW infested party when it's really not as bad as people make it seem.
>Do you actually think the country is worse off with Trump?
Yes
>I think the worse thing about his presidency is the divide
I'm not sure this is strictly to do with his presidency. There's a lot of other factors that are going into this divide and the presidency is just one of them.
>What do you think about the metoo movement?
That's a bit tricky. On one hand, proving rape is difficult, so if we always start off assuming the rapist is innocent then a lot of legitimate rape cases will get thrown away. On the other hand, innocent until proven guilty is one of the core ideas of the American judicial system.
>What are your biggest political concerns and why?
I list them here: "I believe in evolution and climate change, I support reproductive rights and marriage rights, and want accessible healthcare."
>What do you think would be a good way to stop mass shootings while still respecting the 2nd amendment?
Honestly, I don't know. I really don't have an answer for this one.
>How do you feel about political correctness and the first amendment? Do you believe it should be censored?
As I've said, these "politically correct SJWs" are an extremely vocal minority. The first amendment should be protected at all costs.

>california is the only state with wind. muh climate change only affects california

California is just prone to wildfires to begin with. The climate change makes that worse, and is one of the reasons that it's had so many wildfires recently.

Okay then the answer is no, since the UDHR Article 13 states:
(1) Everyone has the right to freedom of movement and residence within the borders of each state.
(2) Everyone has the right to leave any country, including his own, and to return to his country.

So you're against letting migrant caravans into the US as well as amnesty right?

"Guns" is a leftist codeword meaning "niggers."

Attached: klykstystst.png (513x463, 97K)

As long as they go through a legal immigration process I don't see the problem.

no you fuck, there is nothing special about californian trees or wind or fucking anything.
It's because you damn commies banned controlled burns because "muh co2" and what do you know now 10x as much co2 is being released when the thick forests from a decade of growth burn together

That bulge under Shapiro's shirt isn't a manboob. Pic related. Can you blame him?

Attached: 345345.png (790x1155, 1.15M)

>I'm a liberal, ask me anything.
Why do you support the genocide of the White race?

Because God hates sodomy.

Why are you such a fag? I LARP as whatever side does my bidding at any given moment, why do you identify with such a group of idiots and good goy personality disorders?
Why are you afraid of guns?

>I'm a liberal, ask me anything.
No you're not. You're a leftist.
Leftists are totalitarians, not liberals.

How can people be "born the wrong gender" if "gender is a social construct"?

user, welcome to Jow Forums, we've decreased in quality in the past few years but we still have a few redpills, so I have one for you now.

100 years ago some Australians decided to sell Californians a ton of Eucalyptus tree seeds. This was a scam because Australians are shit, and because it takes 100 years for Australian Eucalyptus trees to grow.

Well, now 100 years have passed and there are many Australian Eucalyptus trees, and as it turns out, they emit a type of sap which is extremely flammable. So thanks to the Australians, California is burning to the ground. It has nothing to do with climate change.

I'm not saying climate change isn't real, but I'm just saying that California is burning to the ground because they were stupid during the great depression and Australians are shit.

Climate change is real, and it's a naturally occurring phenomenon, driven by solar variation.

>As long as they go through a legal immigration process I don't see the problem.
If a persyn can choose their gender and choose their sexuality at five years old, who are you to say that xhe/xer can't choose to have sexual relations at the same age?

>What I don't get is why don't Democrats do things like... try to purchase the rights to medications and allow free use of them. It'd be consistent with their modus operandi and would actually help people access medicine instead of handing pharmaceuticals the country's balls on a platter.
Because the government has less negotiating power (and less will to do so) than you do. Why do you think stories like this happen?

articles.latimes.com/1986-07-30/news/vw-18804_1_nut

The government isn't in the business of saving the taxpayers money, if it were it would shut its doors tomorrow. In fact, government budgets sadly operate in the opposite, wastefully spending to justify expanded budgets for future years.

Read my post. I didn't deny that it's real.

If "race doesn't exist" then why is "racial diversity" so important?

Fuck off REEEEEEEEEEEE BEN SHAPIRO LIBTARD

Attached: 267.jpg (758x960, 54K)

An important question we should clarify and ask from you. Are you spiritual or religious at all?

Pls do answer this one, it will determine how far we can go with certain redpillings.

>race doesn't exist
When did I say this?

I'm an atheist.

I will answer some questions as well (not op)

I'm no expert in wildfires but I would guess climate change and ozone breakdown

Most human rights already line up with the "liberal agenda" so I don't believe they would be thrown away. That being said I personally don't believe any can be thrown away.

I dislike the war on drugs but I am in favor of better background checks and more gun purchase restrictions.

>>race doesn't exist
>When did I say this?
If race exists, why, as a Liberal, do you support the beliefs and policies that will cause the White race to cease to exist?

You have said you are a liberal. Let's determine how extreme you are before we go into details.

Can you tell me honestly what you think of transgenderism, as well as the ideas behind putting pre-teen hildren on puberty blockers? You seem sensible so I'm assuming you'd be against this.

If it's climate change, why is CA run by morons that can't see such a gradual thing coming and prevent it? It just doesn't seem like a good look.

Was it better to let everything burn down in order to blame Drumph?

>wahhh any question I don't know how to answer is trolling

why the fuck would anyone be interested in you?
shame on you faggots bumping this arsehole's thread.

Liberals say it all the time.

They all chant the phrase "one race the human race" and say that "evil" white people just invented the concept of race to oppress brown people because of how "evil" they are.

Then, two sentences later, they'll start saying that we need more "racial diversity".

If "race doesn't exist" then why is "racial diversity" so important?

Such as what policies?
>what you think of transgenderism
I support people being transgender.
>as well as the ideas behind putting pre-teen hildren on puberty blockers
I'm against this, children aren't old enough to consent to that.

I never said that.

Thank you for the response OP. I would like an elaboration on why you think Trump is bad for the country, and the precipitating factors into the deep divide we find ourselves in. Also follow ups:

1. While I hear that it's a vocal minority of liberals a lot, I find my sister and mother both hold these extreme views, often with little data or information to back their ideals up. It seems mostly based on emotion. Also a lot of my friends are entirely open to socialism? Where do you stand economically?

2. Per your political concerns I can certainly respect those. I think, like someone else said, the silent majority of conservatives believe in evolution and climate change. I'm also pro choice and pro gay marriage (i.e. you do you) but I'm also fiscally conservative and personally traditionalist.

3. While rape is indeed hard to prove, do you think it's fair that a lot of famous people's career's have been harmed over unproven things. I'm not talking Weinstein or Cosby, more like Louis CK and Aziz, who really didn't do anything wrong. Where do you think the line should be drawn in going to the police/ a well reported expose being published (i.e. NYT Weinstein), and a blog post a la Ansari and Hardwick? Hell, an unproven facebook status could ruin your life now. I find the perception of men in the SJW circles frightening, which is why this is a concern of mine. Especially since there seems to be so little recourse for the innocent right now. The guilty should face the consequences.

4. How do you feel about the MSM. The bias is obvious and accepted to some degree, but a lot of news seems to be editorial now to push an agenda.

4. How do you think we can find middle ground to productive discussion with people we disagree with? I'm guilty of not being able to do it myself.

Thanks for coming on board, I think this can be a very productive conversation, and I think there's more middle ground here than you would expect outside of LARP's and shit posting.

Attached: image.png (680x521, 87K)

Liberals are not socalist.
California is particularly expensive but it makes up for the fact that most of the residents make above
the national income. As for the image it sounds like a strawman for the right to use.

I think you should spend some time speaking with transgender people. You'll be shocked at how many are in favor of puberty blockers for children.

You say you support people being transgender, are you aware of the nature of dilation, as well as the CMS conclusions regarding sexual re-assignment surgery for trannies and its effect on gender dysphoria and suicide rates?

>Such as what policies?
Diversity, multiculturalism, mass non-White immigration, promotion of the LGBT agenda, support of racemixing, opposition to pro-Whites. Those sorts of polices.

Why do you support those when they will cause the destruction of the White race?

>Liberals are not socalist.
Liberals enable and support Communism.

Funny when you consider that they're now making it illegal for pot smokers to own guns, it was just a matter of time and I tried to warn people. First they pacified you with weed, now they say you're inept for doing so and not mentally stable enough to warrant owning a firearm. Fucking idiots fell for it, hook, line and sinker.

Attached: 8973992199.jpg (680x512, 46K)

I don't really care, we should be prioritizing talent of workforce rather then the race.
wow, epic
No but that does not mean universal healthcare is bad somehow.
I only come here to exact salt, but you guys are a hugbox

Innocent until proven guilty is an extremely important core value to justice. I wonder how OP feels about this value. I wouldn't be surprised if he's compromised when it comes to it.
