That's just partially true.
Here in Mexico, for example, wealthy families still have +3 children. The real issue with the West is that we're brainwashed into being the only conscious ones about the overpopulation issue but instead of looking at the real culprits (shitskins) we extrapolate it on ourselves. I've seen that reasoning in my wealthy liberal friends too, while they have 4 siblings.
Another thing is how the Western people are fucked by their own government in a way that having children endangers their way of life while poor, inbred shitskins are helped through them programs because they don't care about living like shit if they manage to get $1000 every month for every kid they shit out.
