The problem to me is that science papers about this should be made public and if they already are analyzed in television by experts to make everyone understand that it is really proven to be real, because if it is man made, it is just too big of a problem to ignore or to have half the population or perhaps more think that it's fake. I don't know why I'm supposed to believe that the introduction of all the cars in the world in the last century (more or less) all pumping millions of tons of what is uncontroversially a greenhouse gas into the atmosphere, and ramping up every year, would have zero effect on the environment, much less all the other industry that burns fossil fuels. They weren't there before, now there's a shit ton. Even before you get into any statistics it seems the case for human-driven climate change is ironclad, and that's before you get into even more obvious examples like damming up rivers and shit.
That we lack the power to seriously harm our environment is a pre-Industrial Revolution delusion. We can change it, we can hurt it, we can destroy it.
