My understanding is this guy, Misfud baited Papa D into a meeting with a Russian who may have had connections with the Kremlin. Papa D felt something was off and called off all future meetings with these people. Soon after Papa D is suppose to meet with an businessman in Israel. The Israeli offer Papa D $10k if he keeps tabs on Trump. Papa D thinks wtf takes the case because he thinks he'll be shot if he doesnt appear to play ball.
