Google earth can help you with this, even a narrow spot can be productive provided its blocked off on a few sides by man made barriers (Busy road on one side, business park on the next and even the outlying fence of a gated community on the other) you would be surprised how smol of a plot you can get away with by constructing some privacy blinds out of natural materials. you parents will eventually confront you "intervention" style and make you agree to a living arraignment that will give you no choice but to leave. there will be no warning, this is why you need everything in place to hit the ground running.
OP, just get yourself in shape enough to join the army. You only have to be able to run like a 7:30 mile and do fifty sit-ups to pass. You’ll get deployed somewhere and receive housing, you’ll make money and have a job/career that people respect. It’s not hard, there’s even some borderline retards I’ve seen make it through the process. If you get lucky you’ll end up stationed somewhere beautiful like Alaska.

Get a job doing hard work. Blue collar wotk. Even if your first gig doesn't pay well your mental and physical shape will imptove tremendously. You will get tough and your mood will pick up. Humans were built for physical work.
If you do a good job and keep your eyes and ears open you will find better jobs, higher paying jobs. If you learn to run equipment or get into a union you are set for life, not rich necessarily but able to sustain yourself. If you decide that is not what you want to do forever you can leave at any time because you will realize you do possess the drive and ability to transition.
I would recommend starting with boats personally. Niggers and spics are scared of the ocean and you can make hundreds of thousands of dollars if you hone your skills and get licenses.

i did 2.5 years of community college, taught people how to program for a little while, and then got myself a job in software engineering. anyone can do it. just need to recognize that there's a lot you don't know, keep that mindset, and start learning as much as you can. have a learning mindset. makes you successful.
this is what happened to me after 20, was on the streets for over a year. I did not lack for anything tho. without rent or bills I was able to afford a badass unlimited plan for my phone and tablet (Even picked up a few chicks too). but remember that the military will take care of you, so only consider this option if you are not up to it. as that life is stressful, everyday I walk come home from work wondering if someone had found my camp and destroyed it. winters were also tough below 32F it is impossible to sleep without having many layers of blankets or opening some flaps and running a propane heater. Also Bath with baking soda not soap. if possible have a public park nearby with fountains and use that to fill up empty 40oz containers.
You’ll have to do some schooling at a university and join ROTC. It seems like, for your situation, it might be better just to join the army first as an 88 Mike or something, and you can worry about becoming and officer once your life has been stabilized. If your family really is as shit as you say it is, then I promise you that even boot camp will be more enjoyable than sticking around.

Whatever you do, keep doing something. All 20 year olds are in the same boat right now because they haven't done anything. It gets harder when you're a 25 year old neet and still haven't done anything. It gets REALLY hard when you're a 30+ year old neet who still hasn't done anything. The point being, the pain comes some time, you just have to be with it instead of fighting it. Fighting the pain and trying to escape it is what leads people to so many addictions.
