Tucker's doing a good job of positioning himself as an anti-elite populist, his debate with witch Cenk is good example and this here book is an almost bipartisan attack on the establishment.
But I wonder how much success he'l have in brining people into the Trumpian coalition. Is it possible to successfully frame Democrats as heartless corporate shills, peel off some of their supporters, and lead them to our side instead further left?
Trump has given the rich huge unfunded tax cuts while trying to cut off healthcare for the poor / working class. How is he not a tool of the elite?

>my.mixtape.moe/jlvxrz.mp3 Coolio, thanks user. I will forward this to friends. I have the hardcover and it's an interesting read. Haven't finished it yet but I will tomorrow, had to work overtime the last couple of days.
So far I'm pretty much 100% in agreement desu. He's an interesting, original conservative.
Ryan Martin
...all his populist campaign rhetoric was proven to be just that. Everything he's actually passed has been straight out of the country-club Republican wishlist.

>Tax cuts only help the rich and Obamacare improved access to healthcare
What the fuck us a brainless redditor even doing here

He's got his niche, and that is deserving of some praise. Just not my cup of tea sadly.

why would you want more people to support trump? trump is a huge faggot and i can't wait for 2020 to get rid of him
people need to see tucker's actual points and start supporting real socialists before it's too late
Angel Garcia
Just curious, do you support if you can't support Tucker?
Joseph Richardson
who do you support...

>trying to cut off healthcare for the poor / working class. I'm not gonna jump the gun on that one, user. I think he knows he could not get away with that and get re-elected. And Obamacare as it is does have significant problems. For example, my uncle is a retired city worker. He and his wife have pension insurance. For years, it was about $750/month to insure both of them. Full, pretty good coverage with free appointments, etc. Immediately upon implementation of Obamacare, their cost DOUBLED. It then went up still more. They are on a fixed income, and he's older--he doesn't have one of those huge pensions some younger government employees' unions have won for them. The huge cost of O-care has really put a dent in their ability to have a decent retirement. Fuck that shit. I'm glad some uninsured folks out there have benefitted--I literally know a guy whose life was saved by Obamacare. But there has got to be a better way to do it.

Tucker has the best read on a lot of Trump voters. We don't even exist to Wall Street or Washington, and haven't for a decade. I'm glad he's talking about this, but I think it's too late. We will either end up fighting, or just fading away.
Carter Carter
His approach appeals to me. Blue dogs are still a large portion of white democrats that I think this can work on, and this also would be a hit for at least some of the younger bernie crowd. And it is mostly palatable with the republican base. During the primaries Trump occasionally went against the party in this direction, and I hope we see more of that in a strategic, cultural and identity-preserving way. Trump seemed to struggle early in the administration, and I don't think there were enough experienced people who were able to push this viewpoint and they were out manipulated. This also seems a lot closer to what Bannon is pushing for, and his removal clearly indicated Trump was at least somewhat moving away from this direction to traditional republican interests, ie I think Tucker is doing a good job but I feel like he isn't exactly the right personality to drive this up to the next level, and it needs to be someone less confrontational and not viewed overly partisan.

>We will either end up fighting, or just fading away. There are moments, when I watch his show, that I get the sense he understands that and agrees.

>But I wonder how much success he'l have in brining people into the Trumpian coalition. Is it possible to successfully frame Democrats as heartless corporate shills, peel off some of their supporters, and lead them to our side instead further left? Trump is just a Jewish neocon puppet. But can working class white people be taken into a movement that supports their economic interests while preserving the White race and traditional American culture? Absolutely. It is that energy that brought Trump the victory even though he was lying through his teeth.

>overly partisan. He comes across very well in this book. I bought the audio book as a birthday present for an old school Dem/liberal friend of mine from CA. She came out really liking him and much of what he said, and was very surprised thereby. I mean she grew up in SF, she's hardly ever even met a real conservative. She was still operating on '80s stereotypes--"fundies" and mean old Mr. Potter type men, and was really taken aback by Tucker, in a good way. Changed her mind about some stuff.
>$750 a month Its like €100 a month here, what the fuck did they get more for the money lmao. Your entire health sector is cancerously filled with vipers.
