Downtown Ottawa is a boring dump that doesn't get any better in any direction.

Then a black customer called me a "Caucasian bastard" and she was there and I complained. She didn't care and told me to never return. I will return, but with a health inspector. The washroom especially was absolutely disgusting. The manager, of course, was harassing me, and should be disciplined. How she got hired by anyone is a mystery to me. She treated me like a vagrant and a homeless person, it seemed, but vagrants and homeless people usually don't have Toshiba computers and have travelled all over the world. As I said, the health inspector people is going to pay this rubbish heap a visit. .
