the article says that only 5 of these kinds of black holes exist which is interesting. i dunno if they meant in the universe or milky way. in a sentence later they mention that they have only observed 20 in the milky way so i have to infer they mean here
what really got my noggin joggin is that lets say you have 2 high spin black holes in near proximity to one another. if they do effect space as thought to be, could they tear space? perhaps this is what creates the numerous voids that we have observed across the universe, black holes tear open space and we probably lack either the organic means of processing what we are seeing in terms of interpreting light or lack there of i guess in this case or the spinning black holes produce a phenomenon we dont understand yet

Any kind of net charge is rapidly lost, since a strongly-charged black hole would preferentially push away similar charges and tend to absorb the opposite charge. Angular momentum is also lost via gravitational waves.

So what we have is a relatively new black hole. That's really all.
