First, let me talk about the man, Tiago Moreira de Sá. I know him. We're not friends but I know him personally albeit he probably doesn't know who I am. He is one of our greatest experts in the United States, both culturally and politically, but mostly politically. He was a minister - I believe he was minister of defense in the time of Durão Barroso. He has been for years (decades, perhaps, I don't know) involved in foreign policy government think thanks.
He usually appears on TV as a commenter (especially before Trump) as that guy who wants Portugal to be closer to the United States but always fails for some reason.
He leads the "American department" of one of our most distinguished universities and he also has functions on the diplomatic area, namely overseeing the formation of diplomats and as an advisor in our relationship with the United States. It was amidst this two functions that I have come to know him due to study and work related matter.
And he produced shit! His book was unreadable! He claims Trump is basically a "Jacskonian" millionaire, who has seduced what he calls the "folk community" in the U.S. Complete lack of understanding from his part. He then goes on to explain how Trump is detrimental because he only thrives in chaos and actually has a method to attain chaos. Fucking ridiculous.
And what pains me is the amount of power brainlet "intellectuals and scholars" like this faggot have over the actualy policy of my Nation.
