It's very close - in 2016 it was basically a 50-50 split between Hillary and Trump. Unfortunately, I think Somalis are arriving faster than Whites are waking up, so I'd probably bet against it.

I lived in Duluth my whole life and am nothing a possible switch to red here. On the iron range they're big trump supporters since they're mainly miners and steelworkers.
