I am not sure I would have what it takes. I served in the Fallschirmjägertruppe, airborne or whatever you call it. Left after 4 years and 3 tours to Afghanistan. It was around 2008 when I got out, by the time the pozzing started. I did not want to stay, in the KSK or any other part. There are also a lot more right wingers in the military than the 200 something they uncovered and the military accomplishments of the Wehrmacht, SS and other groups of the third Reich are still idolized. If there would be a revolution tomorrow the squads could probably be assembled within a phone call. If a group or company leader would call today most who served in combat would be in any place in Germany within 8 hours. These men bled and fought under them and have the utmost respect for all of them. There is no way they would let them down if they ask.

I didnt really think either was all that bad. The chem suit was cozy at night with the hood up, so I didnt bother unpacking my sleeping bag. I considered yelling at him, trying to get to him to surrender, but I wasn't going to get blown up by some illiterate desert-dweller with a fertiliser bomb. For some reason I let out a grunting noise as I was about to shoot, he turned and I shot him through the neck and ribs. He looked like he was about 60 years old, sitting there with wire cutters, typing something into a burner phone.

I never did and never met anyone who actually did. Plenty of guys claimed to, but it's just shit talking the locals. I did know a guy, he was an engineer, huge guy, good sense of humor, who I once saw go without sleep, working day and night, for 107 hours straight. Once IS rolled in, he decided to go install fresh water systems for the Kurds on a humanitarian mission. He met some teenage daughter of some of the Kurd militia, got caught out by IS fire and had to bunk in their village. They ended up fucking, figuring they were going to get killed. Luckily, some splinter group of the PKK showed up, pulled off some special forces night raid throat slitting and he went home. Talked to him a while back and it turns out she got pregnant and holy shit, she gave birth to the whitest Iraqi I've ever seen. Pale skin, green eyes, blonde hair, the exact same combo as him.
