I believe that the Biblical commandment to "honor thy mother and father" is in part saying to honor their choice not to race mix; to honor their genetics -- their ancestry -- as that is also your ancestry, etc. This is similar to the idea of "ancestor worship" common among all indigenous peoples.
I also suspect that the commandment against "adultery" includes a prohibition against race mixing.
