I can see the reasoning behind being against certain cultures, their cultural approach to certain things, or even whole countries for their policies. But there isn't any justification for racism, other than clinging onto identity politics and trying to feel as a part of certain group. I think it can be explained that if there isn't any achievement in that person's life, they try to find that meaning in their X culture/race/country. And that is a really serious psychological problem, and those people should be classified as such cases.

iq and other behaviors have a genetic component, does that mean all black should be locked up? No. But it does mean that schools with a lot of blacks have to be structured differently than schools with a lot of asians.
It also means that eugenics programs, will have to be more forceful and stronger with certain populations. I am for negative eugenics, keeping trash people from reproducing.
