That's literally all you have to do. What most demoralized people don't get is that Maxime doesn't even have to WIN the PM spot to nab some seats in parliament (he's already projected to gain a couple just from his current support base). And once he's there he can act as a force along with Ford and Legault (and hopefully Scheer, but unlikely because he's a corporate stooge) to pushback on all liberal policies and potentially help get enough votes to defund the CBC.
Of course, the even better potential is Maxime Bernier becoming PM with your votes, and in that case he has pledged to remove government funding (aka our taxes) for the CBC.
All in all, I think we have a pretty sweet deal ahead of us and all we have to do is make sure is that 20% of us go out and vote AT LEAST.

I agree with you brosef. I think Western Canada (and Norther Canada) is SEVERELY underrepresented in the national image that Canada displays internationally. I just don't think there's a good candidate from there YET that beats Maxime Bernier and I do believe after Maxime Bernier new doors will be opened that can allow someone from the West to step up and finally be accepted. I just think Maxime is a good direction for ALL Canada, because he wants to remove trade barriers between provinces and wants to support infrastructure building out West. He's a smart guy and he seems to be a man of decency and self respect. That's what you need now to ensure we don't take things to "progressive" or "experimental" levels anymore. We need reality and Bernier brings that.

From my perspective it really went full globo-home about 5 years ago - at this point you can't go ten minutes about hearing about trannies and of course, orange man bad. In hours and hours of listening to CBC radio in the last two years I have not heard a single positive word about Mr. Trump. It really is shitty and needs to burn.
