>be 17 in 1920 >have 2 sisters and 3 brothers >we are all relatively successful farmers >See what was happening to business owners in Moscow and Kiev >fear the same could happen to us >try and convince my whole family to leave, run to Canada before they started calling US dissidents >family doesnt think they are in danger >Leave by myself >within 15 years my entire family is dead. along with millions of others
Why Dont people in our society recognize the evils and dangers of communism? Why when communism Killed 80% of my family in the 1930's are people free to wave the hammer and sicle? but not the swastika? dont get me wrong im no fascist either, but the bias NEEDS to be broken.
>Why Dont people in our society recognize the evils and dangers of communism? They do >Why when communism Killed 80% of my family in the 1930's are people free to wave the hammer and sicle? but not the swastika? They are free to wave both flags, I literally never see "hammer and sicle" flags anywhere
James Richardson
In a lot of countries where Holocaust denial is banned it's also banned to deny Soviet crimes.
Ethan Cook
come to University of Toronto. >communists everywhere
i know for a fact people respond vary differently in my country to those 2 symbols, maybe if you havent noticed it try this
>wear a Che Guevara shirt to the mall >gauge reactions >wear any known fascist or Nazi on your clothing >compare
Michael Flores
OMG GOMMIES KILLED GORRRILLLIONS!
THEY KILLED ALL YUUUUUUUUUUUUKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAANNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNIUUUIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNSSSS!
Because communism pursues rather noble aims, intending to establish a society based on collective labor and cooperation. The death toll that is associated with communism appeared with through mismanagement or the abuse of power by dictators. National Socialism, on the other hand, even in theory is based on racial superiority and subsequent extinction/enslavement of inferior peoples.
Jacob Roberts
k, what im really saying is. Get ready to roast a bunch of dirty greedy entitled commies. They will Rise again, it will be in the west. and I will be there.
Its a complicated issue. Communism is far from being perfect, but you can call modern capitalism just as thieving as your image of communism is, maybe even more so.
Carter Clark
Capitalism: you work you get money Communism: you work you don’t get money
Lucas Thomas
get fucked you little cocksucker
Christian Edwards
That's a meme perception of both systems. I'm not even communist btw, but its naive to say one system is flawless, while the other lacks any redeeming qualities whatsoever.
Tyler Morales
They say that things like capitalism puts a gun to people's heads. Forcing them to do this, oppressing that blah blah. Capitalism is not perfect but under it the "gun" is pretty much metaphorical. Under Communism, the gun is always real.
heres a really important difference >Greedy capitalist "hey if you payed $10 for it when its worth $1, my profit your loss" >Greedy communist "holy shit i need to kill that guy to get my $10 back)
Jayden Martin
really i think marx's diagnostic of capitolism was right the wealthy do exploit the poor but his solution doesnt work. the leaders of the state end up way more powerful than the capitalists ever were. >imagine wal-mart ok pretty evil right? i agree >imagine if walmart controled the laws, police and army
I really Dont think you could do anything stupider
Zachary Perez
>the leaders of the state end up way more powerful than the capitalists ever were Yes, this is pretty much the main problem with communism. It requires rather a homogeneous society with everybody having the same mindset and goals or a strong state that forces the individuals to act accordingly. Capitalism is the same in terms of everybody needing the same mentality, but it operates through a different system where if you don't play along the laws of nature themselves will punish you. Now, I believe capitalism is a good system, but eventually there is a point where it has to be... how do I put it... reset to a certain extent. Its that moment when the companies grow too big and obtain legal abilities to not only dominate the market, but also influence politics to bend geopolitical order to their own gain. I could elaborate, but that's how I see it in a nutshell,
Jaxson Mitchell
yes i do agree that we need system to keep power in check, in the case of companies the consumers need to be WAYYYYY smarter than they are in america. they need to understand that where they spend $200 is a more relevant vote than there federal election once a year
Walmart is a great example. we all know it suck but people keep spending money there
AT LEAST within the system of capitalism you could deny power to corrupt by simply not buying
Awareness of supply chain's company policies, wages. I really think the only solution that will not just result in tonnes of dead people is "smart, aware consumers" as much of an oxymoron as that sounds like
Andrew White
The solution for YOUR problem with capitalism is for somone to give a hatchet and winter clothing and drop you in the north Ontario wilderness >If you live, the capitalism liberation! they had no leverage on you all along! you dont need them for anything! you are independant! >if you die, well i guess than they were exploiting you, but only because you are so goddamn weak
Ryan Robinson
Because we have JEWS running hollywood, the media, academics, and the government.
JEWS would never talk bad about their precious communism
Natsoc doesn't imply racial superiority, just that your people come first.
Robert Young
One lets the cards fall where they may and individuals freedom of choice. The other is centrally planned by retarded humans who think they're god.
Landon Morales
>Dont get me wrong im no fascist either Well there's your mistake. Your only a half measure. > people free to wave the hammer and sickle Its because after the war (((communists))) flooded the west with propaganda and they have infected the education system and media. I find that anyone who hasn't been brain washed by these institutes will view communism & communists with utter contempt. Additionally after the war & all the propaganda that was pumped out by the allies they really had to stick with the false notion that "Muh Fascism = bad" which really paved the way for communist infiltration as they had just banned the archenemy of communism from public discussion.
