A federal judge is going to rule in their favor and force Trump to remove Whitaker. The WH has never defied a federal activist judge and you know it's coming.
>people want Diablo 4 >release reskinned mobile game instead >fans openly mock you at your release announcement to your face
Ian Cook
Blizzard announced a phone version of Diablo rather than D4, fans were not pleased that they were ignored and told fuck you we're gonna listen to Chinks who steal stuff anyhow.
>They don't have a real, particularized, concrete injury in fact. They don't need one. As we have seen with every fucking lawsuit, a federal judge rules against Trump no matter what. I'm sick of it.
>should I post a direct quote from the Constitution showing that this action is unconstitutional? >no, hysterical screeching
Carter Smith
>Venusaur Williams This seems like a bad idea.
Nathaniel Morris
I do enjoy Joeposting despite or because of never having seen a single second of Morning Murderer
Asher Cook
While I am not big into this meme, I actually found this very intriguing and want to know more. I want to know about this dystopian world and how the extract is used to power things.
>I blame the sitting president because no one wants to buy my video game
That’s not going to work...
Mason Richardson
Let's be real though. The actual crime here is the lower federal courts interfering in what is not only clearly a state's rights issue, but a political question. There are so many fucking ways these cases shouldn't be heard by the federal courts, but they do it anyway because of muh Baker v. Carr.
Reynolds v. Sims, by the way, is the greatest abomination the Supreme Court has ever wrought against the states and should have resulted in a federal constitutional amendment.
Recording Artist And Performer Tekashi 6ix 9ine And Five Other Members And Associates Of Violent New York City Gang Charged In Manhattan Federal Court With Racketeering And Firearms Offenses
Geoffrey S. Berman, the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, Angel M. Melendez, Special Agent-in-Charge of NY U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigations, Ashan M. Benedict, the Special Agent-in-Charge of the NY Field Division of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives, and James P. O’Neill, the Commissioner of the NYC Police Department, announced the unsealing today of an Indictment charging six members and associates of the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods, also known as “Nine Trey,” with racketeering conspiracy and firearms offenses.
U.S. Attorney Geoffrey S. Berman said “As alleged in the indictment, this gang, which included platinum-selling rap artist Tekashi 6ix 9ine, wreaked havoc on New York City engaging in brazen acts of violence. Showing reckless indifference to others’ safety, members of the gang were allegedly involved in robberies and shootings including a shooting inside the crowded Barclay’s Center and a shooting in which an innocent bystander was hit. Thanks to the extraordinary work of HSI, ATF, and the NYPD, the defendants will now face justice in federal court.”
HSI Special Agent in Charge Angel M. Melendez said “Members of Nine Trey, who wielded firearms and pushed highly addictive drugs onto New York City streets, allegedly showed an unprecedented level of violence this year, and for that they are now facing multiple charges including an incident in which an innocent bystander was shot. This criminal enterprise has no business in our city, and we will continue to work with our partners to ensure that Nine Trey crew members, including the more well-known ‘Tekashi 6ix 9ine’ are in a place where they cannot inflict further violence on our communities”
