Im from rural Norfolk originally, so just about everywhere in any city is a dump to me, but Hulls not so bad desu. Sure its got some """"""interesting"""""" locals but they mean well. Its not completely overrun with nogs yet either, housing is comparitivly cheap which is what brings the eastern europeans in. The generally lower cost of living up here has afforded myself and a few friends to start a business with literally zero capital, somthing i dont think you could acheive elsewhere.
