National Socialism is just a form of Fascism. Fascism is heavily based on the organic, so it's different for each population and varies depending on the time and place.

Fascism is about culture, for example the Italians were not going to genoicide the people in the land they conquered, just bring Italian culture. National Socialism was a race based fascism that wanted to create a gigantic swathe of German land in central and Eastern Europe.
