I'm not familiar with burger laws. Couldn't it be considered problematic to upload pictures or share details about another person? What if they fight the authenticity of any proofs you post claiming libel or something?
The larger the site gets, the more expensive it will be. You're gonna need to generate ad revenue or get paid membership or donations or something. Hard to sell an idea on spite alone. And petty spite seems to be the sole function of the website.
