I am a 27 year old white male who works in a female-dominated retail environment. Every single day I get a complaint from a middle aged women (75% of the time she's black) about my work performance.
Every single day my coworkers talk about how much they hate white people.
My white female boss is in the same situation as me; she must silently listen to the criticism. She knows and admitted to our district manager that i'm being targeted by our customers and coworkers (because i'm either white or male), and have been the victim of 30-40 completely fabricated complaints this quarter.
My coworkers do like me, but their hate for white people shines through and when they have a negative interaction with a white person, they take their frustration out on me. It's bordering abuse.
I make around $20/hr at this job. I'm not educated and was payed $11/hr at my previous job. Quitting is just not an issue. I am not an alpha male and I seriously cannot deal with being constantly berated because of my skin color / gender. I've found common ground with a few of them and am very friendly with a few of them. Some of them even obviously are interested in me sexually / romantically; but they're fucking awful.
I need an outlet. I am the minority in a country where it's OK to openly oppress me because of my skin color, gender, and perceived privilege.
Are there any groups here in Atlanta I can join where I can be around people who aren't completely anti-white and brainwashed?

My manager is definitely not against me. I've made complaints with several different people in positions of power. People at the state level are aware of the issue and i've been told, first, that I let it go on for too long and it's "too late to fix".
They HELPED the issue actually quite a bit but my workplace is still very hostile towards me, my manager is aware of it. I requested a transfer twice now and was told I can either deal with it at this location or quit.

If you have a pretty good relationship with your coworkers on a personal level, why don't you try talking to them about it individually? When they make a comment, just say something like, "hey you know those types of comments are really wearing me down, it upsets me to think that even though we seem to get along on a personal level, you seem to reserve some sort of dislike of me because of my skin color. lots of people are making these comments and its bumming me out, can't you see how thats not a nice or ethical thing to do?"
