>About 20 family and friends of the victims gathered across the street from the home, which was cordoned off by caution tape. Fort Wayne Animal Care & Control was also at the scene. If the deaths are ruled homicides, the deaths will be Allen County's 41st, 42nd and 43rd of the year.
