People seem to forget that the wall is 1 measure among a dozen needed measures to stop illegal immigration. The walls purpose is to slow and funnel. While it gives border patrol time to move to the scene. Other measures are cameras on the wall...as well as drones that can spot movement of people. The wall then slows the progress of the individuals who are trying to cross giving time for a response from our enforcement.
