China will probably never be able to win a war with the US. Chinas military (technically the CCPs military since China doesn't have a military) is too poorly managed to ever be a real threat. The list of issues they face is massive but here are a few fun ones.

Chinas military is actually small. They claim to be huge by manipulating figures. Basically military service is mandatory in China for all people around college age. Most sign up, do some shitty training then leave 3 months later to go to college. Guess when China counts how big their military is? When all those kids sign up.

Chinese people are some of the most unhealthy people on the planet. They have to lower entry requirements for the military every single year because too many people are failing to meet it's already low standards.

Their training is some of the worst on the planet. Something like 40-60% of it is not even training, it's watching propaganda videos and learning CCP politics. A lot of their training is retarded shit that isn't practical because China has no real world combat experience.

A lot of their military budget (estimated to be over half of it) is spent fixing broken shit. China quality isn't just a meme. It's that bad it even effects their military and they're constantly having to fix broken things.

There are many more reasons Chinas military is a joke, but I can't make posts long enough to explain it all.
