Interesting. Well- i think that generally these things are Culture based, including aggressiveness and IQ. I mean, they evolved in Africa where it's hot as balls, resources are scares, and everything wants to kill you, they had no need to evolve intelligence, just strength and speed, and they had to be aggressive to survive. Additionally, Some shit (Specifically the Crime rates) are Culture based. They believe that they live in a culture that is against them (for a while, it was) and an anti-establishment culture formed, where they found themselves to be safer in gangs since they weren't being properly protected by Police, and that created a plethora of other problems. So, Whites invented their culture, but they're perpetuating it.

Well- Perhaps not substantially or widespread, but I think individually it works. If you look at the likes of Neil DeGrasse Tyson, Morgan Freeman, Samuel L. Jackson, and other such famous black people, it's obvious that they are capable of intelligence and such. And they don't lack in athleticism or Charisma. I have answered your questions according to the pre jewed definition which is pretty much 'pertaining to race'. Somewhere along the line this innocuous neutral word became synonymous with racial bigotry. If I say "I am white" I have made a racist statement. If I see a girl standing on a corner and assume she is a prostitute then I am being prejudiced; she could very well be waiting on her kids' school bus to arrive. If I say "goddamned greasy filthy niggers moved into my neighborhood and my house is worth 25K less" then I am being racially bigoted. And righteously upset too because if goddamned greasy filthy niggers did move in next door to me then my houses value would significantly decrease. IQ has nothing to do with culture. It does not change unless you continually train to raise it. Even then, it will only increase up to 15 points roughly. Only enough to put the average subsaharan marginally within one standard deviation of the norm in the US.

The purpose of racism is to ensure that a country holds onto the fundamental values upon which it was founded and ensure that people trust each other enough to feel comfortable with extensive freedom.
It may be possible to assimilate men of other races into western societies but that obviously hasn't worked well enough in practice. We have seen significant overall culture shift in the US due very much to the influence of foreign cultures introduced through immigration.
Trust between men in any society matters, but especially so in as free a society as America was envisioned by its founders. We have clearly seen a breakdown of trust between men in American society. This has to do with the cultural changes associated with multi-racial immigration, but also to do with skin colors. As group animals, it is natural for humans to identify in-group and out-group individuals. If a person looks nothing like the in-group, he must be part of the out-group. This subconscious evaluation immediately breaks down trust between men.

Racism doesn't mean being mean to anyone or violating individual rights. Racism means understanding human nature and applying our knowledge so that we can better the lives of ourselves and our posterity. The unfortunate outgrowth of multi-racial immigration is racism that manifests as rudeness or violence. We can't blame society for reacting badly when government creates a bad situation. The solution is not to reject or stifle human nature and liberty, but to embrace ourselves for what we are and ensure that man remains free.

I think that as a Species, as Liberal, Hippie, and Normie it sounds, we need to try and rough out these differences and such, and get out shit together in order to move forward. Its ingenuity, mental dexterity and the ability to prepare against all worst case scenarios, so breeding out the most intelligent whites out of existence so shit-coloured people dont feel sad anymore is not going to set us up for success. IQ is a terrible narrow metric. Their problems are due to aggressive oppression by other races.
Crime has fallen a lot from its peak in the early 90s and during that same time the country has gotten more diverse. Black overrepsentation is mainy due to a particular segment of the black community that is found in ghetto locations like DC, Detroit, Baltimore, Chicago's South Side, etc. and most blacks are not criminals. The ones who have high recidivism rates explaining the boost in stats and again does not account for most blacks or the decrease in overall crime. It is more likely due to white policies like redlining promoting segregation and restricting their social mobility.
God created darkies to work in hot conditions which is why we had black slaves in the warm American South cause whitey couldn't take the heat. Advances since have made them no longer necessary for that purpose and thus are just outdated farm equipment but nevertheless fellow humans.
