We need to integrate an accredation system outside of the Academy's monopoly on higher education. A rigorous test for Associates, Bachelor's, maybe Masters Degrees similar to the GED but where you can show proof of verified knowledge without going to thru these antiquated gatekeepers.

All the information/course work is available online. The University's monopoly on accreditation need to go.
