The country was ruined the moment we ratified the constitution and became a r*public

Which is going to be incels?
Remember, no taxation without representation!

well they don't fucking pay taxes anyway, literally nothing to lose by revoking female suffrage

>Yes goy, let's wish for the timeline that would of made both world wars look like the six day war!

I even wonder if that many women would object not having voting rights if it meant they didn't need to pay taxes.

Feminists would, but everyone else?
lol

before feminism they didn't have to work either

Extending citizenship to non-whites was even worse.

Women worked for most of history, only the wealthy or upper class women could ever afford to not work. Not working was seen as a luxury.

Agreed. But can I use this thread to ask a serious question: Why do all Americans assume that a woman can be President when the text of the 19th Amendment says absolutely nothing about that, and Article II of the Constitution (the part about the Presidency) refers to the President as he/him/his throughout?

Nobody ever takes me seriously when I bring this up, but why not? What am I missing? The 19th Amendment does not say women can be President, and the rest of the Constitution assumes the President is a man, so why do we think women can be President? Is this just "the living constitution" where anything the left says is what the law is?
