3) do not take a mortgage if possible, if unavoidable get a property that is rentable and start saving to buy another one to not have all your equity tied up in one property

Late communism (60s-70s) was pretty good for normies. You had a guaranteed flat, car, a job and retirement. It really was kinda like feudalism, where the peasants had everything figured out for them and they just had to work. The genocidal policies were gone by the 60s. Given that the "privatization" was made by the likes of George Soros its no wonder that normies who see their children not being able to find a job/losing jobs, having problems with getting a flat and a car think that it was better because they never even had to worry about it.
