I have a question about this treaty: does the origin country of somone who may emigrate at will under the treaty have to be a signatory?
I imagine the answer is no -- that it's a one-way valve which only grants "rights" (read: access to white people) to welfare dependents from third world shitholes but Westerners will continue to have the usual bureaucratic difficulties if *they* want to emigrate to the lands of the people their native lands are being flooded with.

Frankly, I don't see any reasons for us to opt out. No one's gonna go to Russia for gibs, because we have none. And we already get a shitload of tajiks and other orcs for cheap unqualified labor.
