In its judgment, the Paris court ordered these operators, including the main ones, Orange, SFR, Free and Bouygues Telecom, to block access to this site within 15 days maximum, and this in a "final and unlimited".
The court ordered Tuesday nine telecom operators to permanently block a far-right site with hate content of racist, anti-Semitic and homophobic, "participatory democracy" , at the request of the Paris prosecutor.
It was the first time that the parquet floor of Paris asked the blocking of a site by this procedural way.
The court found that it was not necessary to order this blocking on call, in particular because the operators had indicated that they would carry out such a decision if it was pronounced.
This site represents a threat to public order Judges of interim measures - an emergency procedure - considered that this site threatens "public order" , denouncing "words of extreme violence and that urge at the same time the passage to the violent act against people in reason of religion, origin or sexual orientation " .
The site of extreme right appeared in 2016 is the subject of several investigations, including Paris and Grenoble, but the investigations did not identify its authors and hosts at this stage. The parquet floor therefore had no choice but to target the operators.
The Breton ultranationalist blogger Boris Le Lay is behind the site Fifteen lawyers representing anti-racist associations and individuals targeted by the site were present at the hearing on November 8.
"It is highly likely that this site is the work of Boris Le Lay," said Patrick Klugman, lawyer SOS Racisme.
Boris Le Lay is a Breton ultra-nationalist blogger who has been repeatedly sentenced to stiff prison terms, particularly for his racist positions. He lives abroad, presumably in Japan, a country with which France has no extradition convention.

The Démocratie Participative website is currently undergoing a dozen or so inquiries, launched throughout France following reports from internet users or complaints from victims. So far, none of them has allowed to stop the activity of this site.
The police services have, however, formed strong suspicions as to the identity of the main tenant of the site. According to a joint note from the General Directorate of the National Police (DGPN) and the Prefecture of Police (PP) that Le Monde was able to consult in October, it would be Boris Le Lay, a figure of the "fachosphere" .
Already convicted in his absence on numerous occasions, notably for defamation and insult, he is the subject of thirteen search warrants, a red notice of Interpol and a record "S". The big thing that Americans notably need to understand about France is that there are no 1st or 2nd Amendments here. We are progressively being silenced by literal jewish associations or other non-White groups who shill their own laws, prosecute us and gain money for it. Hate speech and revisionism are crimes, you can go in jail for that, or face plenty of destructive consequences for your financial and professional life. Also, if you are attacked, defend yourself and hurt your aggressors, you are sure to get troubles too. This is simply not the same mentality. And people do not care. At all. When racists are shut down, they just find it normal. They encourage censorship, they cheer repression. They only are angry (sometimes) when they are taxed, but overall they already pay a shitton of things and keep quiet like good goyim sheep… All youths listen to nigger music, have non-White friends or admire non-White footballers, celebrities… it is very rare to find preserved areas, and young people who manage to embrace biological racism truly are the survivors of an actual genocide. I don't want you to take the blackpill. As I see the future it will be played at a much larger scale than just our little country. But there is no way out of this without foreign influence, like when the Germans came to help in 1940. And the only way to create actual troubles and chaos is to make the shitskins chimp out. These yellow jackets protests will fade away and be severely repressed - and people will get bored and stop. That is just the way it is.
