It is not desirable for black people to do the same, because that leads to nothing but grief. If I were to name the areas with the highest crime rate near me, they would all be majority non-white. If I were to look up where exactly all the grenade attacks in Sweden take place I will find places that are mostly majority non-white. If I were to look up the most overrepresented group in US crime statistics, that too, would be non-whites.
