Many of the priests were probably seduced by the alleged victims. Many of the priests (i.e. probably all) were not guilty of any crimes because there was not enough evidence.

For a rape, you need 3 people verifying each instance of a crime.

Thus justice system is supposed to function that no innocent people are ever convicted. To function in this manner many guilty will go free. Now, what is happening is that nearly all guilty people are convicted and many innocent people are convicted too.

PS I have had three separate malicious prosecutions (2 different states, 3 counties). It was completely corrupt. Justice wasn't gained. Instead the interests of liberals and global finance were promoted. I'm not joking.

Really, rape is equivalent to assault. It's perhaps a somewhat gross sort of assault, but it's also likely less physically damaging. Do you consider physical damage or psychological damage to be more serious? Women get grossed out and get overemotional about shit so rape is probably worse for them than assault.
