They are getting more efficient and cheaper. Plus there are monocrystalline which is a more superior technology than multi crystalline. In 2016 a mono panel would cost 40 cents per watt and now it costs 25 cents per watt

Actually yes. You don’t have to worry about lawsuits or employees stealing your shit with robots. AI is getting smarter and more cheaper as time goes on. Like all technologies it will reach a critical point where the old way will have to go. For example it took the gun centuries to fully replace the bow and arrow. But once cost and efficiency reached a certain point the bow and arrow had to be abandoned.
being cheap doesn't mean it's efficient, "it might become efficient" well ok that's sorta an argument, doesn't explain why you'd automate making shitty solar panels though, unless you're Chinese.

Considering the fact most coal plants are only 20 to 30% efficient I think it’s pretty impressive they have so far gotten solar cells up to 45% efficient
