There won't be a WW3 because the blue side would easily win I'm the war, yes, Russia has the advantage of fighting locally but as soon as all the European armies move to the front, which would be relatively fast nowadays, they have lost, USA also has the best military technology and expends more GDP in their army than the red side altogether, yes, GDP isn't everything but it's a good indicator of how unbalanced this would be.

China and NK wouldn't side with Russia, in fact most of the red side of OP map probably wouldn't, China sees both USA and Russia as possible enemies and wouldn't help anyone of them directly, the worse situation for blue side would be China helping Russia economically and that would still be very improbable.
