The American army is total fucking shit. Completely mismanaged and poorly run.
The best military culture was achieved by the Prussians, which is head and shoulders above anything that exists today. Look at the German vs. American kill/death ratio in WW2, it's abominable. They made the Americans look like a third world army.
This idea of shouting at your troops and breaking them down with drill instructors is actually NOT how the Prussians or the real militaries of Europe would do things. This is a backward concept from earlier generation warfare that completely fails in practice.
