Is economic collapse imminent within the next few years?

>Debt becoming so huge that interest on it is larger than our military budget
>Interest rates are still near zero and the Fed doesn't have any leverage when the next recession hits
>Mass amounts of Boomers will retire and will require Social Security for which it is massively unfunded
>Asset bubbles such as housing, credit card and auto loans have ballooned far past their peak in 2007
>Most Millenials and Gen Z are in huge amounts of debt and can't declare bankruptcy on it
>Tax base is gradually shrinking and the young generation is dropping out of the workforce

the fed is already threatening that the next rate hike will be the tipping point and any further increases will have negative consequences. I trust their algorithms and think tanks to be correct.

Interest rates are only at 2.75% which is far below" normal levels. Cheap credit has been funding our "recovery" from the great Recession yet that plan can't continue forever

the high levels of debt and low wages means that even "Historically low" rates will cause things to pop. People are using installment payments via credit to maintain an artificially high standard of living.

There is a stealth legal fight over this, it is hard to predict what will happen.

But if rates rise they'll be paying more which would send them into default and trigger another 08 like scenario

if history is an example, they will pop it within the next two years in order to discredit all conservative policy's and secure a 2020 victory for a radical leftist.

yes, the majority of peeps is operating on razor thin margins and adjustable rate loans. alot of peeps got overconfident after the election and leveraged themselves heavily on luxury cars and expensive homes.

The next Dem presidential candidate will run on free college, healthcare and $15 an hour minimum wage. They will fuck things up worse than ever

yes, this took 20 years of set up. school children and parents were indoctrinated at every level to believe that a college degree was required just to breathe oxygen. The free education bill will be more geared toward social engineering than anything else. Legal mandates to attend university and blanket requirements for degrees in the workforce. The end goal is to emulate the Chinese communist party, where one can only be successful if they are a member and membership requires a college education.

In a sense, the Free education bill with be the birth pangs of a one party system

But that still won't fix the underlying problems mentioned above. They can only be ignorant for so long before they notice the writing on the walls

>This moderate cuck is the best that they have right now.

Economics is an instrument of politics, they will change the rules and inflate new bubbles to further advance the agenda. these people don't care about money, They see it only as ammunition to be expended.

The Fed can only do so much to prevent disasters. They couldn't prevent the 08 crash because they handed out loans like candy and now even after 10 years without a recession being announced people are still unhappy with the economic status of the country hence why Trump won on Change rather than the continuation of the status quo.

As I mentioned before the national debt and the unfunded liabilities themselves are enough for cause for concern and can't be fixed by simply sweeping it under the rug

and the first thing on the list for the next progressive president is to punish the middle America that voted for Trump. they will punish us economically, legally and politically.

the fed rose rates in a rapid manner for the purpose of causing the crash (look at the graphs). It got them 8 years of Obama and the opportunity to shut down businesses in flyover country. After the auto bail outs it was only the dealerships in middle America that got shut down for restructuring.

>Biting the hand that feeds them

That could only end so well. The Dems can't have their social programs without a reliable tax base to pay for it

they will just print the money if need be and damn the consequences so long as their great evil white racist enemy is destroyed. this has nothing to do with market stability or turning a profit. its a power grab nothing more.

not until 9 months before election
