But God, being rich in mercy, while I was yet a sinner died for my sins according to the scriptures. He was buried and raised from the dead on the 3rd day according to the scriptures. By faith I have been saved. Not of my good works. I was dead spiritually. I couldn't do anything to save myself. But God chose me saved me and raised me to spiritual life. This is the "being born again" that Jesus Christ referred to.

All of my friends are married, moved away, have kids, etc. and are therefore too busy for me. It's been impossible to make new friends since I've gotten older. Whenever I manage to date someone (which is ~once a year for a couple of months before she ends it) I actually have someone to hang out with and go out and do things with. Sure I can go bowling, kayaking, play disc golf, go to the movies, out to eat by myself, but what's the point. I used to be content with just playing vidya.
