>civil unrest within hours >90 percent of the population would die from lack of tendies within a year >all the nuclear reactors would melt down from lack of cooling
Weve built ourselves into a reliance on electricity amd creature comforts This is hilarious. We are so fucking dumb.
shut up bitch im trying to watch the movie goldeneye
Xavier Miller
this is the reset we need whites would come out on top in a post EMP world
Gabriel Hall
OP makes a good point. They need to come out with tendie mre's for survival purposes.
Ian Flores
There are several methods to set off a country wide EMP. The easiest would probably be from a satellite. They could also just blast some sort of debris into orbit which would also destroy any satellites as it collides with them in orbit giving a similar effect although the power grid would still be functional.
Owen Anderson
>We are so fucking dumb.
what if I told you the elites know and do this on purpose, that it is all part of their plan
Bentley Torres
>90 percent of the population would die from lack of tendies within a year
much sooner than a year, most people have no idea how to feed themselves if they can't just go down to their local grocery store and fill up a shopping cart; society would start to collapse within days to weeks if we lost electricity
Elijah Foster
you can make tendies without electricity just start a fire and get some oil bubblin
you guys best stick close to me you'd die out there on your own
Matthew Gutierrez
But what if you need to be stealth while you also need tendies?
Connor Lewis
oh well, we would just emp the rest of the world to ensure were still at the top. no phone 4 u

almost everything is hardened. "emp" is a meme for retards who read too much sci-fi or tom clancy novels and don't understand physical electronic hardware. The kind produced by an upper atmospheric detonation wouldn't be able to blow everything. It'll be bad but not the fearmongering retardation you shitbags think.
It'll fry: smartphones, laptops, cars with electronic integration and pre 90s electronics.
Now some kind of solar event powerful enough could be sufficient to preform that kind of back to the stone age bullshit you all spout.
William Evans
I made tendies once before. Mummy left for 8 hours and I was on the verge of starving. I went outside and rolled some dirt into logs and microwaved it, and ate it with honey mustard. It wasnt that good, but it kept me from starving.
By 3 days everything has been looted or is worthless from rioting. A week and people start to die off from lack of clean water supply or are displaced with no clear destination. By a month I'd wager 20% of the population is dead from riots, looting, general infighting and lack of water and/or food.
Never going to happen. More likely we run out of oil, but i don't think (((they))) haven't planed ahead
Evan Parker

Fear mongering nonsense. The effects of an EMP would be localized at worst. They just sell this shit to scare you into supporting more defense spending.
Levi Baker
Yes, but theyll have to leave the house first. I read something today that only 12% of Americans arent prediabetic shitbags lol

Nine Meals from Anarchy >In 1906, Alfred Henry Lewis stated, “There are only nine meals between mankind and anarchy.” Since then, his observation has been echoed by people as disparate as Robert Heinlein and Leon Trotsky.
>The key here is that, unlike all other commodities, food is the one essential that cannot be postponed. If there were a shortage of, say, shoes, we could make do for months or even years. A shortage of gasoline would be worse, but we could survive it, through mass transport or even walking, if necessary.
>But food is different. If there were an interruption in the supply of food, fear would set in immediately. And, if the resumption of the food supply were uncertain, the fear would become pronounced. After only nine missed meals, it’s not unlikely that we’d panic and be prepared to commit a crime to acquire food. If we were to see our neighbour with a loaf of bread, and we owned a gun, we might well say, “I’m sorry, you’re a good neighbour and we’ve been friends for years, but my children haven’t eaten today – I have to have that bread – even if I have to shoot you.”
>The food industry typically operates on very small margins – often below 2%. Traditionally, wholesalers and retailers have relied on a two-week turnaround of supply and anywhere up to a 30-day payment plan. But an increasing tightening of the economic system for the last eight years has resulted in a turnaround time of just three days for both supply and payment for many in the industry. This a system that’s still fully operative, but with no further wiggle room, should it take a significant further hit.
Jack Mitchell
That’s why I live in a house sized microwave so that all my personal electronics are protected in my based Faraday cage
Alexander Reed
The anchorage “earthquake” was actually a small yeild nuke that they exploded to test how a medium sized diverse city would react to an alarming event.
Anchorage is one of the most diverse cities in the USA. Look it up.
Xavier Nguyen
we shall call you lord of tendies.

>They could also just blast some sort of debris into orbit which would also destroy any satellites as it collides with them in orbi You have no idea how much debris is already up there. Near earth orbit is already a junkyard. The only thing that protects satellites is the vastness of the area.
The Russians could always just use their new torpedo nuclear launch on us but I think civil unrest following a Chinese EMP would be more fun. Only the military and their families will be prioritized and eventually we will venture out into the wastes to find kill and eat any remaining civves like you.
Unlike 98% of you fgts I live in the mountains hike, hunt, and camp. EMP attack come to Jasper, Alberta and seek my tutelage.
Christian Morales
jokes on you i eat humans i can hunt and live innawoods. never go to the stores and i have maps and know many water places. i only use electricity for radio and computers that i don't rely on. tax free life fuckers anyone comes in my property dies

that you believe that america is a democracy is quite funny

One of the best if not the best fiction books concerning an EMP attack. It made me cry at one point, no even ashamed to admit it, and it shows the absolute devastation, death and savagery an EMP attack would bring.
There is a reason I have been watching a lot of the 18th century cooking show on YouTube. I also need to build a emp cage for my shit.
Aaron Smith
You will have 90% of the population dead within two years and China landing troops in California.
Mason Campbell
I wonder if my insurance would cover that
Alexander Morris
I wonder if Russia would have to nuke the UK before their invasion or if they would just give up. Wtf would they even do? France would have to be nuked as well but they'd probably let them.
EMPs only affect electro magnetic-electronic devices though. The grid would still work perfectly fine after it. servicing the xformers. OP needs to stop being a faggot and LARPing like he knows anything on this matter. An EMP hitting and knocking out everyone’s media devices would be a good thing

Major metro areas would be the absolute worst. Every single one would become a war zone. Flyover country would fair much better.
Everyone here should stockpile enough food to feed their families for a year. It's not as expensive as you think. Simple shit like rice, canned goods, boxed potatoes, etc will keep for YEARS. If the SHTF keep yourself off the proverbial radar. You don't need to fight, you just need to outlive everyone who is. Mass starvation will kick in around the 3 month mark and then it's just a waiting game.
Jordan Watson
NOT THE TENDIES!

GOOD?
Asher Cooper
yeah Mexico would be a problem if we were smart we would preemptively nuke them when it all starts to go to shit
>It'll fry: ... and pre 90s electronics. Care to explain what changed?
Dylan Bailey
Bullshit. All the transformers will be blown out and there are replacement parts for less than 1% of them while the factories needed to produce more would be wrecked by the EMP as well. Dumb leaf.
Adrian Evans
death is preferable to democracy and 'world order'.
>>all the nuclear reactors would melt down from lack of cooling This won't happen in the US. I worry about things like, what about people in planes and people working in mines, people in hospitals, etc. But we could probably use the reset desu.
hi i've been in the industrial complex all my life oldfag. reality milspec exists for a reason.

It's pretty easy to prevent damage from EMPs. I work on military planes as an electrician and it's pretty damn simple design. Just have insulated wires. Wires that have an outer metallic mesh around them that direct any charge build up away from the wires and ground to the body of the aircraft.
Adrian Gonzalez
What I remember reading is the only way to set off a country wide EMP with current-near future technology is to start slinging enough nukes that you are already engaged in nuclear war. So the nukes are going to threaten us more than the EMP. Now the solar thing would be fucky because mother nature is a thot .
You need only 1 (ONE) high altitude nuke to cover the entire US
Christian Collins
there's a 10-70 percent chance that you may or may not be right in believing the rigorous science of emp freaks.

Everything the military just starts talking about; it has known about and investigated for years if not decades prior before opening their mouth on the subject. Around the times of gulf war military electronics became hardened with redundant groundings, the idea of an emp is that it manipulates the active electrons in a circuit to cause them to short. Civilian engineering followed suit shortly thereafter.
>implying military families are worth anything Yeah good luck feeding all your dependas and ghetto ass kids. You're a waste of my oxygen.
Evan Jackson
>all the nuclear reactors would melt down from lack of cooling
why do retards think nuclear reactors are like nuclear bombs ready to go off? obviously they are designed for instances where staff cant turn up to work since they themselves are a safety hazard that can stop people from being near them
EMPs are also a mega meme, what you need to be worried about is an economy collapse that means you wont be getting any electrical power to whatever devices anyway
and also reminder everyone on here is a neet who'd die if they stopped getting welfare never mind some crisis event
If they set off even one nuke over the US they are going to get mutually assured destruction, which means they will launch the rest of their nukes at us. And we have submarines and nukes outside of the US for this very reason, second strike. So like I said if any EMP attack happens the EMP will be the least of your concerns because it requires initiating nuclear Armageddon.
Angel Moore
one second after is exaggerating those beaners WOULD be fucked, same for the chinks i do believe chinks would take the west coast, but chinks would have other things to deal with too Iran and NK fucking over Russia? might as well fuck over china too
Brayden Gonzalez
Depends who launches it. If it is Iran or some terror group that has only one nuke there will be no more coming, just the one.
Jose Carter
We’re in trouble if we have an EMP problem. I’m in Mississippi and went through Katrina. No electricity, no running water, no phones, no nuthin. Everybody was prepared, though. The first few days consisted of people walking around, going door to door to check on each other. (Most roads were blocked by falling trees.). We all pitched in to help clear roads, share supplies, etc. We got things back up and running. A good friend of mine was stranded in New Orleans. THAT was a different story entirely. She got PTSD from that shit. People immediately began looting, forming little packs and roaming around robbing people, raping, pretty much anything awful you can imagine they were doing. The military had to occupy the area, set curfews, all kinds of mess. The government had to bring in supplies to feed and shelter those people, and they were still shooting at each other. There was a REASON they seriously suggested confiscating all of the guns.
Daniel King
>those beaners WOULD be fucked
You forget they have functioning technology while 90% of the US population starved to death and has no way to communicate between isolated communities. The beaners will have it easy.
Mason Bell
Imagine thinking China has the capability to move a significant amount of military forces to American shores. Imagine thinking they wouldn't get rekt faggit, even just by attrition, from hundreds of millions of Americans with guns and the tattered remnants of military and LE.
