central and west half of the state is rural as hell, so you can pretty much do as you please. I grew up in the south eastern part. Very small town still today, can walk out the backdoor and shoot, no one cares. Open carry, no traffic, everyone knows everyone. Housing cheap. wages, well you might have to drive a little ways for work that pays well.
