Now that' i'm 30, I finally own my very own house in a nice suburb. However, due to my diligence for the past 10 years working on my career, paying off all my debts (No Credit Card, Student Loans, Car Payments ANYTHING) but the mortgage. I get paid a decent wage, and finally get to spend my time off fishing, playing video games, hiking, and working on my backyard. This has led me to be socially stunted and have no clue how to find or talk to women.
Any advice for me?

it's really very common, lucrative fields have no women in them
if you have no clue then find some.
go talk with random women about random shit to see how it goes, then with women that you fancy talk random shit and finally you'll have enough clues to woo a women of your choosing.
Take small steps but be persistent. Keep in mind that your mistakes can be the end of the world or a valuable tool for growth, it depends on how you look at it.

Here’s the key to women. You have an idea of how women are and then there is the exposure to what they actually are. The more often you expose yourself and let go of trying to achieve some unrealistic goal of having a hot ass wife right now and just learning to be sociable and lower your expectations you’d be surprised how things can go.
Biggest thing you can do for yourself is to chill out and enjoy going out and meeting women. You get blown out it’s ok. Don’t worry about anything just have fun with the girl.

Sure you can pick up some leftovers or hope to someday meet that magical person or even play sugar daddy for some young bitch, but those are rarities. 80% of all women are married and/or have children at our age.
