It's true that I know nothing about how the French specifically equip their military or police but it can't be much different from the US. That's either a tracer from a normal military rifle or something else. "Sniper rifles" don't use tracers.

It's just the one too many drop of water in the bucket... Quality of life and prospects for our children have been going down for a while now and the state always bring about new taxes to pay for all the subhumans we've been letting in. That and the terrorist attacks, the increased violence as well as the utter disdain and contempt the media and the president have been showing the French rural population these past few years. It's a bunch of things and people are just tired of the ruling bourgeoisie not listening.
