anyway, she got home from college last week and 5 days after she got home i witnessed her dump gasoline on a toad and light it on fire in the backyard
i just sat back and watched because i didn’t know what the fuck she was doing. i got angry at her and told her to not do that and she just said ok and went back inside
anyway, one of the two new kittens we just purchased are missing as well. it’s an indoor cat too.
what the fuck do i do? i’m afraid for myself at this point

Honestly I would have got in her face and force an answer out of her. It wouldn't be that difficult seeing as shes obviously wanting something to happen. Just be direct and stern with a very serious tone and look her straight in the eyes. "Explain to me what you are doing and why because there might be serious consequences for your actions".
Something is not right. People in their rught mind don't normally do this. She could be really into magic. Could be seriously disturbed. Could be mental illness or all three. I would get to the bottom of this before it escalates to a place no one wants.

if you really want to help her, try this, but you might be in danger, dependng on how you handle it and how she takes it:
talk to her also: people can get addicted to killing because life energy is released and they absorb a bit of it and feel full of energy
my advice is to get her to a spiritual leader, but avoid high ranking people from the catholic church as they are satanic if you go higher up
depending on where you live you might want to talk to a shaman, hindu guru or maybe buddhist monk (but it seems like there are less enlghtened buddhists around in todays times)
