I was just watching the Riddick Bowe vs Evander Holyfield second fight and that parachute guy who came in and landed by the ring was immediately pounced upon by the blacks and beaten to a pulp before they even knew why he was there. They reacted to a threat with an immediate beating.
Then if you look at the Jew who attacked the Tomb of the Patriarchs in the 90s he was jumped and beaten to death by the Muslims there.
Same thing with Richard Ramirez, he was spotted and beaten badly by other Hispanics until he was actually saved by cops. There was no doubt the crowd would have beaten him to death if they were not stopped.
If a guy comes into Chinatown and tries to pull a prank of a bunch of triads in a nightclub, the crowds of Asians around them will grab him and beat him down and neutralize him. Whites would allow the guy to do his prank on them and just shrug their shoulders and let him get away with it.
Guys like Stephen Paddock are allowed to live by whites until they are taken out by themselves or by cops. Most times when whites are violated they do not take down the threat and react immediately like blacks and ethnics do.
