I worked for a game company that had a pride float. It was basically the work of the HR ladies who had too much time on their hands and no real work to do. So they somehow petitioned the company for funding and convinced them it'd be good publicity.
HR is the mechanism by which useless women infiltrate and take over companies and hand out positions to trannies and faggots by instating 'diversity' requirements under the guise of lawsuit prevention. Then they make 'diversity' their primary function, which makes their jobs stupid easy and they get to fuck around all day doing nothing at all, while claiming that only they can ensure that the company is immune from blackmail, slander, smear jobs, etc, etc.
Fire one, and you realize that they've just been holding the company hostage. They'll go online and talk about the 'bro culture' and 'toxic environment' while spreading the word to millions of other freaks who try to gang up on the company for their evil ways.
