3. Most of the ways you'll meet enough under-18s to find one interested in sleeping with you would be through jobs where it IS illegal to fuck them (teacher, doctor, police officer). Your average adult male doesn't associate with people that young.
4. It's not like you're going to have a means of finding under-18s but be able to screen out the under-16s to the extent that you can avoid a statutory rape charge when the a girl turns out to be 15. When you seek out 18s, it's possible to find girls who are 17 and (less commonly) 16 who look older. When you seek out 16-year-olds, you're going to find 14- and 15-year-olds who "look" 16 to you.
