Blah, blah, blah. You have these little idols, you pray before the idol, to the idol. There is no scriptural evidence this is okay. There is no biblical evidence anybody in heaven can hear you. She's still just a woman. Catholicism is unbiblical, what can you expect from people that allow themselves to be told only a Catholic Priest(tm) can interpret the bible. The Holy Spirit can absolutely teach every human, not just catholic priests.

Nobody is praying to an idol. Nobody is worshipping an idol. Statues are helpful for humans to use to pray well, but we don’t pray to the statue. Do you allow pictures of Christ? Is a 2D picture ok but a 3D picture is not?

2nd Maccabees chapter 15 Jeremiah is in heaven praying for Israel. These books were a part of Jesus’ bible, the Septuagint, and protestants made like Jews and decided to use their bible and deny the Catholic truths found in these problematic books for their theology.
