It's better to be a woman if you're an ugly, short, fat, and/or weak man. Women will receive more preferential treatment. If you're an attractive man who presents himself assertively, intelligently and with charisma, the world is your oyster and not even an equally attractive/intelligent/charismatic woman can stand next to you. Society will prefer the man in this case.

Not really. The social and legal system in the US favors women more and more, but they are still women. They don't have the drive, intelligence, resourcefulness, and toughness of men. And we can always get up and leave.

But anyway in response to OP's question I think there are many ways in which men get a bad deal, and unlike women nobody is interested in talking about men's issues. The fact that it's still perfectly legal to slice off part of an infant male's penis purely for cosmetic reasons, that they have been drafted and sent to die in wars (you know, as recently as the Vietnam war and people were sure as hell protesting about female oppression back then) and they're still legally required to sign up for the draft in the US. Nobody says anything outside of a few men's groups that are routintely mocked by so-called "progressive" groups. There's also the fact that men die earlier, men are more likely to be killed or maimed working, men are more likely to be victims of violence (rape excepted), men commit suicide at vastly higher rates, men are now passed over in many areas to try and combat "inequality" regardless of actual merit. In my country (a progressive, socially liberal Western one) men's health issues get six cents for dollar women's health issues recieve, but they're still more concered about an ever-shrinking pay gap which was mostly the result of different career choices to begin with.

Do women have issues? Sure, but everybody talks about those. How about someone talks about men's issues for once, and if they do how about they talk about it from the perspective of men rather than how solving men's issues will help women (which is what I usually see).
