Because the 97% claim comes from a skewed poll, made for the purpuse of having biased results like we see. Do a little research on the origins of the claim that "97% of scientists" bullshit and you will see it for yourself.
Not to mention that science is not a popularity contest and the majority of scientists that support the claim that climate change has anthropogenic origins work for the IPCC and/or similar organizations. Making their funding and thereby livelyhood dependant on the existance of a "threat" of anthopogenic climate change, making their opinion subjective an unscientifice, to the point that they´ve been caught multiple times falsifying data to match their models.
Not to mention any research that defies anthropogenic climate change gets buried by the IPCC and the AAAS to the point that scientists can get blacklisted for that shit, making it taboo to even research the subject, or even publish papers about it.

You just assumed this. The 97% claim has to do with the number of papers that have gone through the peer-review process, accepted, and then applied to the climate change narrative.The remaining 3% or not dissent- they're simply papers that do not support the narrative.
The purpose of peer-reviewed scientific papers is not to support a narrative. This is something unique to climate change. In addition, the combined papers do not prove anything except for very specific topics.
And this doesn't even include the numerous papers that were submitted with false data and findings, and were submitted only to further the political agenda.
