For real dude. These are people that could otherwise be productive and helpful. Don't let your hatred for druggies or lust for justice get in the way of victory. As absurd as this may sound, despair affects all classes of people and can drive them into this behavior. And if we took steps to cut of supply we could recover some of these people as useful assets to society. The other path might be "just deserts" but it also weakens one's own standing.

My main concern is the massive amount that's already in mainland EU + NA. People bought in bulk and redistributed it for profit. Even if all imports flat-lined tomorrow there's still already enough without our borders to kill a chunk of the population. The issue now isn't how it's getting in, but how much is already here and how easily it's being slipped in to a variety of main stream street drugs. How's that happening? Greedy drug dealers who are looking to increase their profit margins by doing retarded shit like this

In short - outside of abstaining from drugs that it could easily be laced with fent, there aren't a lot of options. Test kits are viable in some instances but not all, and even the instances where a test kit could be viable it's hilarious how many drug users eyes glaze over when someone recommends testing their substances. I've heard every excuse from "c'mon man that'll get me on a watch list" to "yea but I'm not throwing away extra money especially since the guy I got it from told me it's legit." It's not just an issue of regulation there's an issue of drug users being uninformed or unwilling to take extra steps to partake.

Since I already don't take drugs, could we run through options about how to get OTHER people to not take this shit? I don't know how it is in he US, but in my city the cops are dragging their fucking feet. There has been a dealer about a block from my house for about 6 months. Cops know him. People coming and going all times of day. Once got caught with an illegal firearms, said it wasn't his and they didn't arrest him. Car thefts have sky rocketed on my street, and neighboring ones as well. Complaints go nowhere. What do I do next? Vigilantism?

It's one thing to get China to "promise" to do something possibly maybe sometime in the future and another to get China to actually do something and totally another to get China to actively and fully enforce something they promised to stamp out.
